WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?  I will do my absolute best to accommodate you based on what schedule allows. As we have a busy schedule and other clients following your appointment, if you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate. CANCELLATION POLICY:  I have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy, to ensure optimal scheduling for my clients and myself. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. No-shows for complimentary or follow-up appointments will incur a $50 charge.

Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting the studio directly via phone or text.
